Return Process

Email our support desk with your order number and details regarding the issue or the item you wish to return.
- 2.Review and Approval
We will review your request within 24 hours; for damaged goods or quality issues, we may ask for a photo of the batch code.
- 3.Return Shipping
For brewing equipment, pack the item securely in its original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once your return is received or your claim is approved, we will immediately process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement.
